Based on a session presented at the APTA Pediatric Annual Conference in 2019, Pediatric Orthotic Design and Prescription is a self-paced online course designed to help improve the clinician’s confidence with orthotic recommendations for patients with pediatric health conditions throughout the lifespan. Discussion include challenges to evidence-informed practice, moment system analysis, coronal versus sagittal plane decision making, and developing a comprehensive orthotic plan to maximize kinesioplastic outcomes for individuals with pediatric health conditions. 5 Contact Hours (0.5 CEU)​
